My best friend's daughter, Rachel, was teaching English in the country of Georgia and he wanted to visit her. He asked me to go with him in 2011 and I readily agreed.
His daughter, Rachel was living in a house owned by Iza and Giorgi.
After staying with this family for a few days, they drove us to the capital city of Tbilisi.
Jack, his daughter Rachel and I rented a car and we took a driving trip through Armenia and back through Georgia, up to the Black Sea and then back to Tbilisi.
On our way back to Tbilisi we stopped at a very small church near Uplistsikhe.
This quaint little chapel had no windows, one door and an uneven floor.
