Lori and I visited Vietnam in 2010. They are a wonderful group of people. Happy and inviting.
After spending time in the Mekong River Delta we flew to Hanoi and then trained to the mountains of the far north, near the border with China in the village of Sapa.
After returning to Hanoi I went up on the roof of our hotel and saw this group of umbrellas which were functioning as the ceiling of a local restaurant.
It looked like a painting to me, so when I print this image it is always as a "faux painting".
