In September 2014 Lori and I traveled to Prague in the Czech Republic. We spent several days together their, then Lori joined a Rick Steves Eastern Europe tour while I rented a car and took off for a Eastern Europe tour on my own.
My first stop after Prague was Krakow, Poland. I arrived there several days before Lori's tour.
Our itineraries overlapped geographically, but rarely at the same time.
Krakow is a beautiful and fascinating city with a rich history.
I spent a lot of time in and around the main square in Krakow. During one of the evenings a storm was brewing just before sunset. It had not started to rain yet, so I set up my camera on a tripod and exposed this image of the main square.
On the left is the Town Hall Tower and on the right is Saint Mary's Basilica.
In the middle and in the sky is the magnificence of God's creation in full spendor.
