In September 2014 Lori and I traveled to Prague in the Czech Republic. We spent several days together there, then Lori joined a Rick Steves Eastern Europe tour while I rented a car and took off for a Eastern Europe tour on my own.
I arrived in Budapest in the late afternoon and stayed at a hotel in Buda.
The following morning I walked to the Pest side of the Danube and
took several images across the Danube River of Buda.
After this I walked to the incredible Dohany Street Synagogue.
Several years before this Lori and I had visited this Synagogue and were amazed at it's beauty.
Arriving at a time when the building had very few visitors, I was able to set up my tripod in the middle of the aisle and capture the buildings unique character.
