In September 2014 Lori and I traveled to Prague in the Czech Republic. We spent several days together their, then Lori joined a Rick Steves Eastern Europe tour while I rented a car and took off for a Eastern Europe tour on my own.
After photographing Poland and Slovakia, I arrived in Budapest in the late afternoon
and stayed at a hotel in Buda.
That night I walked to the Pest side of the Danube and took this image of Buda.
The image has several of Budapest's best known features, including the Danube River,
Fisherman's Bastion, the Church of Our Lady and Buda Castle.
