To my eye Berg Eltz Castle is one of the most beautiful castles in the world.
Lori and I drove up into the hills from the Moselle river valley and it had been raining all day.
Stopping on the path above, I set up my tripod and 4x5 camera
while Lori held an umbrella above the camera (not above me...I got very wet).
I think the rain intensified the color and contrast of the image and made it better.
